Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via Standard eParcel (Australia Post) with an estimated delivery time of 1–4 business days for most metro and regional areas. If you're in a remote area, a small additional charge may apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $75
  • Flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 on orders under $75

Approved Trade Customers

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $150
  • Flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 on orders under $150

Express & Same-Day Delivery Options

Need your order even faster? Choose one of our premium delivery options:

  • Express Post – Available for $14.95, with estimated delivery in 1–4 business days for most metro areas and 2–6 business days for regional and remote locations.
  • Same-Day Delivery (Melbourne Only) – Available for $34.95, no matter the order value. Simply place your order before 12 PM (midday) on a business day, and we’ll ensure it arrives the same day.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to peak periods or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. All online orders are processed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria.

Ensuring a Smooth Delivery

To help your order arrive quickly and hassle-free:

  • Signature on delivery: If no one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office, and a collection card will be left.
  • Workplace deliveries: Make sure to include your business name and any specific instructions (e.g. “Leave at reception, Level 1”). Please note we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels in these circumstances.
  • Same-day deliveries: Please add your mobile number in the delivery comments so we can reach you if needed.
